Urs Martin Laeuchli, Esq.

I am an international attorney and dispute resolution consultant. I received my education in Switzerland, at Georgetown, and Stanford University (dissertation on justice). I am admitted to practice law in CA, NY, before the U.S. Supreme Court, and in Switzerland. I have worked as an ADR instructor and consultant for over 20 years. I have taught negotiation, law, business, and economics.

My arbitration practice reflects my diverse background. I come from a multilingual European country, and have an affinity for international, cross-cultural, procedurally loaded and complex matters.

Fees and Provisos

My fee schedule is based on social responsibility and an efficient motivational system. It ranges from no fees (PRO BONO) up to $600/hour. Factors determining my fee include the financial situation of the parties, the complexity of the case, and my present case load. The parties will receive a fee range in advance, and a final determination after disposition of their case.
