Fees and Provisos

Arbitration Fees:

An administrative fee of $250 per party will be required to reserve the date for arbitration. The expenses of witnesses and/or documents for either side shall be paid by the party producing such documents. Arbitrator rates are $400/hour. Document review is billed at 25 pages per hour. Arbitration hearing by written testimony, not to exceed 100 pages, is $1600; additional pages (in excess of 100) will be billed hourly. Arbitration in-person or telephonic hearing is $1600/half day billed in half-day increments. All arbitrations are billed a decision fee of $500.

 

Mediation Fees:

On average, fees are $150 per party per hour with a four-hour non-refundable minimum. Most cases are booked for a half or whole day. The full-day rate is $1,200 per party plus $175 per hour per party in excess of 8.5 hours. The half-day rate is $600 per party plus $175 per hour per party in excess of 4.5 hours. All fees must be paid in advance before the mediation is scheduled. Incremental hourly fees are billed by the full hour. All mediation fees are non-refundable and, once a date is set, there are no refunds for rescheduling.
