Vivien Zimba is a lecturer in law and former Legal Officer of Zambia State Insurance Corporation (ZSIC Limited). She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK and Zambia, and a member of the CPR International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution. Vivien has sat as sole arbitrator, presiding arbitrator and co-arbitrator in a range of commercial disputes. She is listed in the directory of Arbitrators of African Descent. She teaches law and has vast experience in resolving a broad range of dispute through arbitration under major institutional and ad hoc rules. She has substantial experience in general commercial disputes across a range of sectors, including engineering and construction, mining, employment and labour, insurance and real estate.
