Clotilde Jourdain-Fortier is a is Professor of Private Law and Criminal Science and Director of the CREDIMI (Research Centre on Global Markets and International Investment Law) at the University of Burgundy, France. She is also Co-Editor-in-chief of the Revue Internationale de Droit Economique and Vice President of the Association Internationale de Droit Économique, an international francophone scientific association. Her main fields of research are international trade law, international and comparative contract law and arbitration
